TRAIN THE TRAINER

Train the Trainer is aimed at Supervisors, Managers and anyone who has responsibility for training staff. This is one of the most important training programs we offer, and trainees will also learn how to develop and use the EdApp platform as part of the course.

Delivered over three 4-hour sessions, trainees will learn how and why people learn, task breakdown and how to deliver face to face training for small groups or one on one.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

Based on the “Moments of Truth”, this 4-hour session covers the Customer Journey, critical Touch Points and Service Recovery.

Highly recommended for anyone involved in customer-faced roles, your staff will gain an insight into maximizing the Customer Experience and how to deal effectively with Customer Complaints.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

There are 8 three-hour sessions which cover the basics of supervision and leadership, including An Introduction to Leadership, Communication, Delegation, Time Management, Performance Management, Team Building, Problem Solving, Interviewing Skills.

All sessions are very interactive and practical in nature and use real life examples of how to apply these skills. The programme is very flexible, and depending on the location, can be delivered one day per month, one day per week, or over 4 consecutive days.

Each session can also be delivered as a stand-alone course (due to the interactive group exercises, a minimum of 8 participants is needed for some of these sessions).
